Bernhard Burgener is requesting the sale of David Degen shares.

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. The Board of Directors supports Burgener’s plans. Bernhard Burgener But, there is no agreement reached.
The Board of Directors of FC Basel Holding AG met on Monday morning. Burgener and Degen together as Karl Odermatt & Peter von Buren, voted for the former owner. According to a statement by the holding company, he requested Degen to sell his stake at Basel Dream & Vision AG.
The Board of Directors relies upon a contractually agreed law to allow Burgener to transfer its shares to shareholders who are minority shareholders under the same conditions. The Board of Directors says that the right to presale of Degen is overridden by the dragalong right.
