Trump mocked Clinton’s pneumonia, but social media quickly remembered that his dad died from it

2016 presidential republican candidate Donald Trump has made fun of the democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton’s recent bout with pneumonia, imitating her stumble after the 9/11 remembrance ceremony last month. Trump is quoted saying, “Clinton is supposed to fight all of these different things and she can’t make it 15 feet to her car. Give me a break.”

Pneumonia is a bacterial, viral, or fungal infection of one or both sides of the lungs that cause the air sacs, or alveoli, of the lungs to fill up with fluid or pus. Pneumonia tends to be more serious for children under the age of five and adults over the age of 65. Trump’s father, Fred, was hospitalised in New York with the disease when he passed away.
