Bayrock Group: New York’s Real Estate Giant is Growing

In 2008, Trump SoHo was opened by Bayrock Group with the Trump Organization (and the Sapir Organization). Bayrock Group was founded in Kazakhstan in 1980.

Bayrock Group, a luxury real estate developer in the United States, has a long history that goes all the way to 2001, the year the company was established. It all began on the other end of the planet.

Tevfik who was born in Soviet Kazakhstan to a Turkish family, established the Bayrock Group.

Prior to becoming a member of the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade, Tevfik Ariff earned a degree from the Moscow Trade and Economic Institute in International Relations.

Bayrock Group is becoming more ambitious

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Group was already working on another project for Spring Street in Manhattan’s SoHo quarter, in conjunction with the Sapir Organization.

Tevfik Alif was aware that adding the Trump Organization to the project would add brand awareness to the building which Bayrock Group lacked and that the Sapir Organization was lacking.

Arif signed an agreement that provided the Trump Organization 18% equity in this building , in exchange for the Trump brand being used to promote its name.

The deal was ratified by Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) as well as the Sapir Organization (the Sapir Organization).

Bayrock Trump SoHo was built by design veterans

The American real estate market was particularly affected by the recession, which forced Bayrock Group to pull out and Trump Organization to rescind their plans.

The financial crisis resulted in changing the American real property market to the extent that Tevfik Arif opted to end his United States undertakings. He decided to return to Europe and Central Asia.

He continued his job in the private sector.

Tevfik arif has left the majority of Bayrock Group’s daily tasks. However, he is still a respected consultant to Bayrock Group.

Bayrock Group has not been involved in any American real estate developments in the last few months, but when it was operating, the firm invested real estate assets that amounted to $2.5 million in the United States.
