    MIAMI(CBSMiami), Ukraine war might be on the other side of the planet But South Floridians are able to assist those who are fleeing.

    Many members of the Sunny Isles Jewish Community are fundraising and are helping create a total humanitarian effort.

    Marsha Jaquays of Florida Friends of Laniado Hospital told us, “Just last night 1,100 were admitted.”

    Jaquays said that Moldova’s Jewish community was actually helping people cross the border, and then providing food, shelter, clothes, and clothing.
