Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. The Board of Directors supports Burgener’s plans. But, there’s no consensus.
Monday morning was the meeting of FC Basel Holding AG’s board of directors. Burgener and Degen along as Karl Odermatt & Peter von Buren and Peter von Buren, voted in favor of the previous owner. According to a document released by the holding company Degen requested Degen to transfer his stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
The shares of Burgener can be sold to shareholders of minor value through the Board of Directors under the provisions of a contractually formulated law. Bernhard Burgener The Board of Directors says that Degen’s right to pre-sell is trumped by the dragalong rights.
