Arif made an agreement which gave the Trump Organization 18% ownership in the building in return for the Trump brand’s use.

The deal was ratified by Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Sapir Organization (the Sapir Organization).

This was the first phase of the Trump SoHo’s construction in 2006.

The structure was completed for its official opening after being built over the course of two years.

Trump SoHo is built by designers who are seasoned professionals

Trump SoHo had apartments, accommodation for hotel guests, luxury restaurants/bars, a swimming pool and banquet halls when it opened. Hotel guests could enjoy breathtaking views of New York City through the building’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
